Abstract
Modern, changing business environments have made companies critical of the need for constant organizational changes. Adjusting to a fairly complex and lengthy process of organizational transformation, however, largely depends on adapting and sustaining growth for firms. Consequently, the constant introduction of innovations, technological innovations and appropriate organizational structure is the main challenge that is relevant for companies and plays an important role in their success.
