dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена дослідженню стану розвитку Єдиного європейського цифрового ринку в умовах глобальних викликів. Розглянуто передумови, етапи розвитку, а також договірно-правову базу формування Єдиного європейського цифрового ринку. Визначено концепцію, структуру та моделі розвитку європейського цифрового ринку. Проведено якісно-кількісний аналіз стану розвитку Єдиного європейського цифрового ринку та його впливу на зміну рівня діджиталізації та цифрової конкурентоспроможності країн ЄС. Проаналізовано стратегії та програми розвитку Єдиного цифрового європейського ринку в умовах глобальних викликів. Оцінено рівень діджиталізації економіки України, визначено потенційні переваги від приєднання до цифрового ринку Європи та сформовано основні кроки для успішної інтеграції України в даний ринок. The work is devoted to the study of the state of development of the Single European Digital Market in the context of global challenges. The prerequisites, stages of development, as well as the legal framework for the formation of the Single European Digital Market are considered. The concept, structure and models of development of the European digital market are defined. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the development of the Single European Digital Market and its impact on the change in the level of digitalization and digital competitiveness of the EU countries has been conducted. Strategies and programs for the development of the Single Digital European Market in the context of global challenges have been analyzed. The level of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy has been evaluated, the potential advantages of joining the digital market of Europe have been determined, and the main steps for the successful integration of Ukraine into this market have been made.
