dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена розв’язанню проблем розвитку фінансового менеджменту компанії. Складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, використаної літератури і додатків. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми і сформульовано завдання дослідження. У першому розділі розкрито сутність фінансових ресурсів компанії, методичні аспекти управління фінансовими ресурсами та науково-методичних підходів до оцінки ефективності фінансовими ресурсами. Другий розділ присвячено оцінці фінансового стану компанії та аналізу ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами страхової компанії. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями диверсифікації фінансових ресурсів компанії та запропоновано оптимальне розміщення фінансових ресурсів, розкрита інформація стосовно соціальної відповідальності компанії. This qualification work solves different problems of financial management of the company. It consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, references and appendices. The introduction grounds the relevance of the topic and formulates the objectives of the study. Chapter 1 explains the essence of the company’s financial resources, methodological aspects of financial resources management and scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of financial resources. Chapter 2 covers to assessing the financial condition of the company and analyzing the effectiveness of financial resources management of the company. Chapter 3 substantiates the directions of diversification of the company’s financial resources and proposes the optimal allocation of financial resources, discloses information on the company’s social responsibility.
