dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена дослідженню сутності та місця митного пост-аудиту в системі митного контролю. У роботі розглядаються методичні підходи до проведення митного пост-аудиту та досліджується нормативно-правове регулювання цієї процедури в Україні. Проводиться моніторинг митних платежів за експортно-імпортними операціями та оцінюється ефективність проведення митного пост-аудиту. Особлива увага приділяється вивченню особливостей використання митного пост-аудиту в українській практиці, а також виявленню проблемних аспектів та пропозиціям щодо їх вирішення. Робота включає аналіз міжнародного досвіду здійснення митного пост-аудиту та можливостей його застосування в Україні. Окреслюються напрями підвищення ефективності та результативності митного пост-аудиту в Україні. The thesis is dedicated to studying the essence and place of customs post-audit in the customs control system. The paper examines methodological approaches to conducting customs post-audit and explores the regulatory framework of this procedure in Ukraine. Monitoring of customs payments for export-import operations is conducted, and the effectiveness of customs post-audit is evaluated. Special attention is given to studying the features of customs post-audit implementation in Ukrainian practice, identifying problematic aspects, and proposing solutions. The work includes an analysis of international experience in customs post-audit and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine. Directions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customs post-audit in Ukraine are outlined.
