| dc.description.abstract | Досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи трансформації сфери зайнятості, аналіз трансформації сфери зайнятості, аналіз впливу економічних, соціальних та політичних чинників на трансформацію сфери зайнятості. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні основи дослідження трансформації сфери зайнятості. У другому розділі комплексно проаналізовано стан сучасного ринку праці, його основні тенденції та проблеми, також було проаналізовано вплив різних чинників на трансформацію сфери зайнятості. Третій розділ містить прогнозування трансформацій сфери зайнятості за різними сценаріями розвитку та шляхи стабілізації сфери зайнятості та реалізації євроінтеграційних спрямувань у повоєнній економіці України. В роботі було проведено аналітичне оцінювання трансформації сфери зайнятості в Україні за сучасних умов.
