Abstract
The work analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of project management in international charitable organizations, with an emphasis on determining the optimal strategies and tools on the example of ADRA International. Through the analysis of specific charity projects, such as «Emergency Food Aid to the Conflict-Affected Population in Ukraine», the study identifies risks and suggests ways to mitigate them, helping to improve project outcomes. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of project management in international charitable organizations were determined, especially in the conditions of socio-political instability in Ukraine.
У роботі аналізуються теоретичні та практичні аспекти впровадження проєктного менеджменту в міжнародних благодійних організаціях, з акцентом на визначенні оптимальних стратегій та інструментів на прикладі ADRA International. Через аналіз конкретних благодійних проєктів, таких як «Надзвичайна продовольча допомога постраждалому від конфлікту населенню України», дослідження визначає ризики та пропонує шляхи їх пом’якшення, допомагаючи покращити результати проєкту. Було визначено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління проєктами в міжнародних благодійних організаціях, особливо в умовах соціально-політичної нестабільності в Україні .
