Abstract
The work is devoted to researching the state and prospects of digitalization of the world economy. Different theoretical perspectives concerning the concept of digitalization are outlined. The prerequisites for the formation of digital economy are investigated and subsequently classified. The characterization of the prevalent digital tools and their practical application within the economy is provided. The identification and examination of global digitalization trends in the post-industrial world are conducted. The assessment of the influence of digital processes on the competitiveness of economies on the global market is performed. The analysis on the foreign experience of implementing the policy of digital transformation was carried out. The current features and perspectives associated with the digitalization of Ukraine are disclosed.
Recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the digital transformation of the domestic economy in the conditions of global competition are offered.
Робота присвячена дослідженню стану та перспектив цифровізації світової економіки.
Окреслено різні теоретичні підходи до концепції цифровізації. Досліджено та класифіковано передумови формування цифрової економіки. Надається характеристика поширених цифрових інструментів та їх практичного застосування в міжнародній економіці. Класифіковано та досліджено глобальні тенденції цифровізації постіндустріального світу. Проведено оцінку впливу цифрових процесів на конкурентоспроможність економік на глобальному ринку. Здійснено аналіз зарубіжного досвіду впровадження політики цифрової трансформації.
Розкрито сучасні особливості та перспективи цифровізації України. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності цифрової трансформації вітчизняної економіки в умовах глобальної конкуренції.
