dc.description.abstractУ роботі досліджено сутність, чинники та особливості інтеграційних процесів у митному просторі ЄС, проаналізовано етапи формування та функціонування Митного союзу ЄС. Розглянуто правову базу інтеграції України до європейського митного простору, оцінено сучасний стан митної справи в Україні та її готовність до вступу в Митний союз ЄС. Визначено ключові євроінтеграційні заходи, їхній вплив на митну політику України, а також окреслено основні виклики та можливості подолання перешкод інтеграції. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення митної політики в контексті євроінтеграції. The paper examines the essence, factors, and specific features of integration processes within the EU customs space, and analyzes the stages of formation and development of the EU Customs Union. The legal and contractual framework regulating Ukraine's integration into the EU customs space is reviewed, along with an assessment of the current state of customs affairs in Ukraine and its readiness to join the EU Customs Union. Key integration measures and their impact on Ukraine's customs policy are identified, as well as major challenges and potential solutions on the path to integration. Recommendations are proposed to improve Ukraine’s customs policy in the context of European integration.
