dc.description.abstractДипломна робота присвячена вивченню та аналізу міжнародної трудової міграції та її наслідків. У першому розділі розглядаються теоретичні основи дослідження міжнародної трудової міграції, зокрема поняття та види міграції, етапи її еволюції та методи оцінювання. У другому розділі проводиться аналіз тенденцій розвитку міжнародної трудової міграції, включаючи сучасну структуру та динаміку міграції робочої сили, особливості міграційних процесів в різних регіонах світу та соціально-економічні наслідки. У третьому розділі роботи розглядаються проблеми та перспективи інтернаціоналізації робочої сили в Україні, зокрема сучасний стан та проблеми формування міграційних потоків, аналіз впливу російсько-української війни на міграцію громадян України до Європейського Союзу та інструменти та механізми оптимізації міжнародної трудової міграції. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для розроблення стратегій та політик у сфері міграції та працевлаштування. The thesis is devoted to the study and analysis of international labor migration and its consequences. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of studying international labor migration, including concepts and types of migration, stages of its evolution, and evaluation methods. The second chapter analyzes the trends in the development of international labor migration, including the current structure and dynamics of labor force migration, the peculiarities of migration processes in different regions of the world, and the socio-economic consequences. The third chapter of the thesis discusses the problems and prospects of labor force internationalization in Ukraine, including the current state and problems of forming migration flows, the analysis of the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the migration of Ukrainian citizens to the European Union, and the tools and mechanisms for optimizing international labor migration. The research results can be useful for the development of strategies and policies in the field of migration and employment.
