Abstract
Політичне лідерство - явище багатогранне і багатофакторне. Воно передбачає низку провідних характеристик, таких як здатність впливати на людей у напрямку організації їхньої спільної діяльності для досягнення певних цілей, здатність генерувати нові ідеї, здатність володіти генерувати нові ідеї, здатність мати відчуття політичного часу та політичну інформованість. Найактуальнішого значення ці процеси набувають в умовах модернізації України. На думку автора, модернізація має створюватися особистістю зрілою, такою, що володіє громадянською відповідальністю, яка володіє інтелектуальною перевагою, умінням створювати речі, потрібні людям, і всіма компетенціями, які дають змогу Україні забезпечити стабільні умови розвитку.
Political leadership is a multifaceted and multifactorial phenomenon. It implies a number of leading characteristics, such as the ability to influence people in the direction of organizing their joint activities to achieve certain goals, the ability to generate new ideas, the ability to generate new ideas, the ability to have a sense of political time and political awareness. A leader has qualitatively different characteristics, compared to ordinary people, that underlie the mechanisms of leadership, and the task of researchers is to identify and systematize these features. Most of the theories that emerged in the period preceding our century were based on this premise. These processes are becoming most relevant in the conditions of modernization of Ukraine. According to the author, modernization should be created by a mature personality, one who possesses civic responsibility, who possesses intellectual superiority, the ability to create things that people need, and all the competencies that allow Ukraine to provide stable conditions for development.
