dc.description.abstractУ статті наведено поняття трудовий потенціал, трудовий потенціал підприємства та трудовий потенціал регіону. Визначено, за допомогою яких показників можна провести характеристику трудового потенціалу регіону. Надано класифікацію і характеристику кількісних і якісних показників трудового потенціалу в цілому. Досліджено динаміку середньооблікової та облікової кількості штатних працівників переробної промисловості в Житомирській області (загальну та за статтю). Проаналізовано рух працівників у переробній промисловості в Житомирській області. Досліджено динаміка середньомісячної заробітної плати у переробній промисловості в Житомирській області (загальна та за статтю). Проведено аналіз використання робочого часу працівників у переробній промисловості в Житомирській області. Визначено недоліки та надано рекомендації щодо ефективно формування та використання трудового потенціалу. The article describes the nоtіоn of labor potential, labor potential of the enterprise аnd labor potential of the region. lt is determined Ьу which indicators it is possible to characterize the labor potential of the region. The classification and characterization of quantitative and qualitative indicators of labor potential as а whole, and specifically in the mezzo level, are given. The classification of the indicators that characterize the quantitative side of the labor potential of the region is carried out and determined that it is the total number of able-bodied population of the region and the total number of hours worked, and the qualitative side, using indicators such as health (population of the region), educational level and qualification training, quality of work and technology in the industry and other demographic characteristics. The differences between accounting and average staffing numbers are explained, and the categories of staff are identified. The dynamics of the average number of full-time employees of the processing industry in the Zhytomyr region (total and Ьу gender) is investigated and presented. The dynamics of the accounting number of full-time employees of the processing industry in the Zhytomyr region (total and Ьу gender) is given. The movement of workers in the processing industry in Zhytomyr region is analyzed. The dynamics of the average monthly wage in the processing industry in Zhytomyr region (total and Ьу gender) is investigated. The analysis of working time of workers in processing industry in Zhytomyr region is conducted. Weaknesses were identified and recommendations were made regarding the effective formation and use of labor potential.uk_UA
