dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній бакалаврській роботі досліджено організацію обліку виконання кошторису в органах місцевого самоврядування на прикладі Немирівської міської ради. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підвищення ефективності управління бюджетними ресурсами в умовах децентралізації та фінансової автономії громад. Розкрито теоретичні засади кошторисного процесу, проаналізовано склад та структуру доходів і видатків бюджету Немирівської громади у 2023–2024 роках, здійснено порівняльну оцінку показників, виявлено недоліки в обліковому забезпеченні виконання кошторису. Обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення обліку та контролю за бюджетними операціями на місцевому рівні. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для підвищення прозорості фінансової звітності органів влади, поліпшення бюджетної дисципліни та прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень. In this bachelor's thesis, the organisation of budget execution accounting in local self-government bodies is studied on the example of the Nemyriv City Council. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the efficiency of budgetary resource management in the context of decentralisation and financial autonomy of communities. The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the budgeting process, analyses the composition and structure of revenues and expenditures of the budget of the Nemyriv community in 2023-2024, makes a comparative assessment of indicators, and identifies shortcomings in the accounting support for the implementation of the budget. The directions for improving accounting and control over budget operations at the local level are substantiated. The results of the study can be used to increase the transparency of financial reporting of public authorities, improve budget discipline and make informed management decisions.
