dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена комплексному дослідженню теоретико-методологічних основ інституціоналізації глобального ринку криптовалют з акцентом на визначення ключових чинників та механізмів, які впливають на його розвиток. У дослідженні аналізується сутність основних понять і категорій, що характеризують ринок криптовалют, включаючи його складові та функції. Визначено головні риси глобального ринку криптовалют, які відрізняють його від традиційних фінансових ринків, а також ідентифіковані основні типи інституцій, такі як банки, інвестиційні фонди та регулятори, що беруть участь у його еволюції. Значна увага приділяється змінам у структурі учасників ринку, що виникають внаслідок інституціоналізації, а також новим трендам, які визначають розвиток криптовалютного ринку. Досліджуються інституційні практики, які формують регуляторні стандарти, а також механізми, що сприяють інституціоналізації. This work is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the institutionalisation of the global cryptocurrency market, focusing on the identification of key factors and mechanisms that influence its development. The research analyses the essence of the main concepts and categories that characterise the cryptocurrency market, including its components and functions. It identifies the unique features of the global cryptocurrency market that differentiate it from traditional financial markets, as well as the primary types of institutions involved in its evolution, such as banks, investment funds, and regulators. Significant attention is paid to the changes in the structure of market participants that arise as a result of institutionalisation, as well as to new trends that define the development of the cryptocurrency market. The study investigates the institutional practices that shape regulatory standards and the mechanisms that facilitate institutionalisation.
