dc.description.abstractУ роботі досліджено технологічні тренди розвитку банківської галузі, зокрема впровадження цифрового банкінгу, штучного інтелекту, великих даних, блокчейн-технологій та автоматизації фінансових процесів. Визначено їхній вплив на підвищення ефективності банківських операцій, якість обслуговування клієнтів та конкурентоспроможність фінансових установ. Окрему увагу приділено ризикам цифровізації, включаючи кіберзагрози та регуляторні виклики. Обґрунтовано перспективи подальшого розвитку банківської галузі в умовах глобальної цифрової трансформації та інтеграції фінансових ринків. The study explores technological trends in the development of the banking sector, including the adoption of digital banking, artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain technologies, and automation of financial processes. Their impact on improving the efficiency of banking operations, customer service quality, and the competitiveness of financial institutions is analyzed. Special attention is given to the risks of digitalization, including cyber threats and regulatory challenges. The prospects for further development of the banking sector in the context of global digital transformation and financial market integration are substantiated.
