dc.description.abstractThe paper analyzes economic determinants and social consequences of the higher education system. The interconnection between the level of education and economic growth rates is described based on various concepts and studies. It is substantiated that currently education is a key priority in many countries. The paper provides the description of the current state of the higher education system in Georgia and the challenges faced by the system. Relevant conclusions and recommendations are also provided.uk_UA
