dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена вивченню скандинавської моделі соціальної держави як прикладу ефективного поєднання економічного розвитку та соціальної справедливості. Автор розкриває історико-філософські витоки ідеї про соціальну державу, аналізує принципи, інституційні засади та механізми її функціонування у країнах Північної Європи. У роботі досліджуються перспективи поетапного впровадження елементів цієї моделі в Україні, враховуючи національні соціально-економічні умови та євроінтеграційні прагнення. Було висвітлено переваги скандинавського підходу до соціального захисту, податкової політики, трудових відносин і державного управління, а також визначено бар’єри, які можуть ускладнити адаптацію цієї моделі в українському контексті. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у наданні обґрунтованих рекомендацій для модернізації соціальної політики України на основі найкращих практик країн північної Європи. The work is devoted to the study of the Scandinavian model of the welfare state as an example of an effective combination of economic development and social justice. The author reveals the historical and philosophical origins of the idea of the welfare state and analyzes the principles, institutional foundations, and mechanisms of its functioning in the countries of Northern Europe. The paper examines the prospects of gradual implementation of elements of this model in Ukraine, taking into account national socio-economic conditions and aspirations for European integration. The advantages of the Scandinavian approach to social protection, tax policy, labor relations, and public administration are highlighted, as well as the barriers that may complicate the adaptation of this model in the Ukrainian context. The practical significance of the study lies in providing well-founded recommendations for the modernization of Ukraine’s social policy based on the best practices of the Northern European countries.
