Abstract
Розглянуто основні наукові підходи до формування структури продовольчого ринку. Структура соціально-економічних систем є фундаментом для аналітичних досліджень, оскільки від особливостей структури залежить, з одного боку, задоволення суспільних потреб, а з другого — ефективне використання усіх видів виробничих ресурсів.

The structure of the socio-economic system is the foundation for analytical research, because of the particular structure depends on the one hand, meet social needs, and the second — the efficient use of all types of productive resources.
