Abstract
The qualification bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of the profitability indicators of the enterprise and the mechanisms for its increase using the example of PRJSC «MHP» taking into account ESG innovations. The work includes a financial analysis for 2022–2024, factor and strategic diagnostics using the DuPont model, PESTLE analysis and ESG tools. A strategic action plan has been developed aimed at increasing revenues, optimizing costs, improving financial efficiency and forecasting key indicators for 2025–2027.
Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню показників рентабельності підприємства та механізмів її підвищення на прикладі ПрАТ «МХП» з урахуванням ESG-інновацій. У роботі здійснено фінансовий аналіз за 2022–2024 роки, проведено факторну та стратегічну діагностику із застосуванням моделі DuPont, PESTLE-аналізу та ESG-інструментів. Розроблено стратегічний план дій, спрямований на зростання доходів, оптимізацію витрат, покращення фінансової ефективності та прогнозування ключових показників на 2025–2027 роки.
