| dc.description.abstract | The qualification bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of financing and investment activities of limited liability companies (LLCs) in Ukraine. The work identifies the specific features of financial management within LLCs and investigates various methodological approaches to analyzing their financial performance.The effectiveness of the company's investment activities is assessed, and substantiated proposals are developed to improve the efficiency of financial resource management. Special attention is paid to justifying the directions for optimizing financial decision-making processes within the enterprise. Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена вивченню теоретичних та методологічних основ фінансування та інвестиційної діяльності товариств з обмеженою відповідальністю (ТОВ) в Україні. У роботі визначено особливості фінансового менеджменту в ТОВ та досліджено різні методологічні підходи до аналізу їх фінансових показників. Оцінено ефективність інвестиційної діяльності підприємства та розроблено обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами. Особлива увага приділяється обґрунтуванню напрямків оптимізації процесів прийняття фінансових рішень в рамках підприємства. | |
