dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню інтеграції українських мігрантів у ринок праці Європейського Союзу в умовах міграційної кризи. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси та механізми інтеграції українських мігрантів у ринок праці країн ЄС. У роботі розглянуто сучасні види та тенденції міграції, розроблено методологію оцінки інтеграції мігрантів, проаналізовано політику ЄС щодо інтеграції українських мігрантів, оцінено рівень їх інтеграції та розглянуто перспективи і виклики інтеграційної політики. Мета роботи полягає в аналізі інтеграції українських мігрантів та визначенні ефективності політик ЄС щодо цієї інтеграції. Ключові результати дослідження свідчать про важливість адаптації українських мігрантів для економічного розвитку країн ЄС та необхідність удосконалення інтеграційних стратегій. The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the study of the integration of Ukrainian migrants into the labor market of the European Union under the conditions of the migration crisis. The object of the study is the processes and mechanisms of integration of Ukrainian migrants into the labor market of EU countries. The paper examines current types and trends of migration, develops a methodology for assessing migrant integration, analyzes the EU's policy on the integration of Ukrainian migrants, evaluates their level of integration, and considers the prospects and challenges of integration policy. The purpose of the work is to analyze the integration of Ukrainian migrants and determine the effectiveness of EU policies regarding this integration. Key research findings indicate the importance of adapting Ukrainian migrants for the economic development of EU countries and the necessity to improve integration strategies.
