Abstract
In the first part, in the first paragraph, the content of the categories “competitive advantage” and “competitiveness” was explained. In the second paragraph, the main approaches to diagnosing the level of competitiveness and managing its formation were identified. In the third paragraph, ways to strengthen existing and form new competitive advantages of a business organization were described
In the second part, in the first paragraph, a general description was disclosed and the organization was analyzed by determining the state of external subsystems. In the second paragraph, was assessed the influence of internal factors on the company's activities. Determined key competitive advantages and level of competitiveness using a comprehensive assessment and competitiveness profile.
In the third paragraph, was compared internal and external factors of influence when conducting a SWOT analysis, Pest analysis and other methods of analysis, as a result of which was identified and justified ways to increase the competitiveness of an organization.
