dc.description.abstractРобота обґрунтовує напрями активізації заощаджень населення України у 2020–2025 роках. Досліджуються сутність та поведінкові аспекти ощадної активності домогосподарств. Аналізуються макроекономічні тенденції доходів, структура інструментів та бар’єри їх трансформації у кредитний ресурс відбудови. На основі досвіду Польщі пропонуються фіскальні та інституційні заходи для мобілізації внутрішнього капіталу в умовах воєнного стану. This paper sets out strategies for stimulating savings among the Ukrainian population in 2020–2025. It examines the nature and behavioural aspects of household saving activity. It also analyses macroeconomic trends in income, the structure of financial instruments, and the barriers to their conversion into credit resources for reconstruction. Drawing on Poland’s experience, the paper proposes fiscal and institutional measures to mobilise domestic capital in conditions of martial law.
