dc.description.abstractВ роботі визначено теоретичні засади митного контролінгу у впровадженні та виконанні митної політики та розглянута структуризація механізму митного контролінгу в системі впровадження та виконання митної політики держави. Проведено моніторинг результативності контрольних заходів у контексті бюджетної (фіскальної) та валютної складових механізму митного контролінгу, ідентифіковано оцінку загроз впровадження та виконання митної політики в сфері митного контролінгу в умовах воєнного стану. На основі проведено дослідження запропоновано напрями розвитку митного контролінгу у впровадженні та виконанні митної політики та створено інноваційні пропозиції щодо впровадження штучного інтелекту у митному контролінгу. Розглянуто переваги найму персоналу на основі методології митного контролінгу. The work identifies the theoretical foundations of customs control in the implementation and execution of customs policy and examines the structuring of the customs control mechanism within the system of implementation and execution of state customs policy. It includes monitoring the effectiveness of control measures in the context of budgetary (fiscal) and foreign exchange components of the customs control mechanism, identifying threats to the implementation and execution of customs policy in the field of customs control under martial law conditions. Based on the conducted research, directions for the development of customs control in the implementation and execution of customs policy have been proposed, and innovative suggestions for the implementation of artificial intelligence in customs control have been made. The advantages of hiring personnel based on the methodology of customs control are considered.
