dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the experience of developed countries in managing migration processes. The work analyses the theoretical foundations of migration, its causes, types and consequences. The migration policies of such countries and regions as the USA, Canada, Japan and the EU are considered. Effective tools for regulating migration are identified, including selective selection of migrants based on professional and educational criteria, integration programmes, control and monitoring mechanisms. The impact of migration on the demographic situation, labour market and socio-economic development of host countries is analysed. On the basis of the study, the author offers recommendations for improving the management of migration processes in Ukraine, taking into account the best practices of developed countries. Бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню досвіду розвинених країн в управлінні міграційними процесами. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні основи міграції, її причини, види та наслідки. Розглянуто міграційну політику таких країн та регіонів, як США, Канада, Японія та ЄС. Виявлено ефективні інструменти регулювання міграції, зокрема селективний відбір мігрантів за професійними та освітніми критеріями, інтеграційні програми, механізми контролю та моніторингу. Проаналізовано вплив міграції на демографічну ситуацію, ринок праці та соціально-економічний розвиток приймаючих країн. На основі проведеного дослідження запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управління міграційними процесами в Україні з урахуванням кращих практик розвинених держав.
