Abstract
The paper explores the export potential of Ukraine within the global electricity market in the context of growing international integration and energy transformation trends. The research analyzes the theoretical foundations of electricity export potential, assesses Ukraine's current energy production capacity,
and evaluates its competitiveness in the international market. A special focus is given to Ukraine's integration into the ENTSO-E system and the implications of European energy policies for Ukrainian electricity exports. The paper identifies key external and internal factors affecting the expansion of electricity exports, including geopolitical challenges, infrastructure readiness, regulatory barriers, and the role of green energy in increasing competitiveness. The study uses systemic, comparative, and statistical methods to assess export trends and forecast development scenarios. Based on the findings, the author proposes strategic recommendations for enhancing Ukraine's position in the European electricity market.
