| dc.description.abstract | Ця дипломна робота досліджує особливості топ-менеджменту в одній з найбільших світових банківських корпорацій - JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMorgan). Робота описує роль та функції головного виконавчого директора (CEO) в компанії та вивчає склад виконавчого комітету, який приймає стратегічні рішення. Також досліджується корпоративна культура JPMorgan, що включає цінності, такі як професіоналізм, інтегрітет, співпраця і інновації, які впливають на рішення та стратегію компанії. Дипломна робота також звертає увагу на командну роботу та співпрацю між підрозділами компанії та на ризик-орієнтованість топ-менеджменту JPMorgan. Здобуті знання та результати дослідження допоможуть краще розуміти особливості топ-менеджменту в JPMorgan та їх вплив на стратегічні рішення компанії. This thesis examines the features of top management in one of the world's largest banking corporations – JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMorgan). The work describes the role and functions of the chief executive officer (CEO) in the company and examines the composition of the executive committee that makes strategic decisions. JPMorgan's corporate culture is also explored, including values such as professionalism, integrity, collaboration and innovation that influence the company's decisions and strategy. The thesis also draws attention to the teamwork and cooperation between the company's divisions and to the risk orientation of JPMorgan's top management. The acquired knowledge and research results will help to better understand the features of top management at JPMorgan and their influence on the company's strategic decisions. | |
