dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню структури капіталу підприємств та проблематики її оптимізації. У роботі розглядаються теоретико-методичні засади управління капіталом: сутність і класифікація капіталу підприємства, теоретичні концепції у сфері управління структурою капіталу, підходи до її оптимізації. Проводиться аналіз динаміки та структури капіталу на прикладі ПрАТ «ВФ Україна»: аналіз ризиків структури капіталу, вплив показників структури капіталу на вартість його залучення та фінансові параметри. Сформульовано основні проблеми управління капіталом досліджуваного підприємства. Обґрунтовано напрямки оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства та підвищення ефективності його використання. Запропоновані заходи сприятимуть підвищенню фінансової стійкості та зниженню фінансових ризиків. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the capital structure of enterprises and the problems of its optimization. The theoretical and methodological foundations of capital management are considered in the work: the essence and classification of the enterprise's capital, theoretical concepts in the field of capital structure management, approaches to its optimization. An analysis of the dynamics and structure of capital is carried out on the example of PJSC «VF Ukraine»: analysis of the risks of the capital structure, the impact of capital structure indicators on the cost of its attraction and financial parameters. The main problems of capital management of the studied enterprise are formulated. The directions of optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise and increasing the efficiency of its use are substantiated. The proposed measures will contribute to improving financial stability and reducing financial risks.
