| dc.description.abstract | The number of vacancies has fallen sharply since the beginning of the war, and labor supply has risen sharply. The labor market is in a state of severe crisis and is not yet able to meet existing demand. An important task of the state in conditions of war and postwar reconstruction is to create a system of priorities to ensure effective employment: preservation and development of intellectual capital, creating incentives for employment and effective professional activity, transparency of rules of interaction with the employer and deregulation of business. | uk_UA |
