Abstract
Метою кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи є теоретико-методологічне дослідження та аналіз сучасної державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО, визначення її особливостей, виокремлення проблемних аспектів її реалізації та окреслення перспектив удосконалення тощо. У дослідженні розглянуто теоретико-концептуальні підходи до аналізу державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО; досліджено завдання, принципи та напрями формування та реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО; охарактеризовано сучасний стан правового регулювання формування та реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО; охаратеризовано інституційне забезпечення формування та реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО; досліджено форми та методи формування та реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО; проаналізовано стан реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО в Україні; виокремлено актуальні проблеми формування та реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО на сучасному етапі; розглянуто зарубіжний досвід державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО та можливості використання його в Україні, а також досліджено основні напрями удосконалення формування та реалізації державної політики реінтеграції ТОТ та ВПО.
The purpose of the qualifying master's thesis is a theoretical and methodological study and analysis of the current state policy of reintegration of disabled people and IDPs, determination of its features, identification of problematic aspects of its implementation and outline of improvement prospects, etc.
The study examines theoretical and conceptual approaches to the analysis of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs; the tasks, principles and directions of formation and implementation of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs were investigated; the current state of legal regulation of the formation and implementation of the state policy of reintegration of disabled people and IDPs is characterized; the institutional support for the formation and implementation of the state policy for the reintegration of IDPs and IDPs is characterized; the forms and methods of formation and implementation of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs were investigated; the state of implementation of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs in Ukraine is analyzed; actual problems of the formation and implementation of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs at the current stage are highlighted; the foreign experience of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine were considered, as well as the main areas of improvement in the formation and implementation of the state policy of reintegration of IDPs and IDPs were examined.
