dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена детальному аналізу інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. На основі праць вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених визначено основні поняття, фактори, методи та інструменти оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Проведено оцінку інвестиційного середовища в Україні та проілюстровано основні тенденції з використанням даних Національного банку та інших фінансових установ. Охарактеризовано фінансовий та господарсько-економічний стан обраного підприємства. На основі дослідження були запропоновані шляхи покращення інвестиційної привабливості обраного підприємства. Описано методи щодо підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємств в Україні шляхом удосконалення законодавства, надання широкого доступу до фінансування МСП, регуляторних змін та стабілізації політичної ситуації. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to a detailed analysis of the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. Based on the works of domestic and foreign scholars, the basic concepts, factors, methods and tools for assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise are defined. The investment environment in Ukraine is assessed and the main trends are illustrated using data from the National Bank and other financial institutions. The financial and economic status of the selected enterprise is characterized. On the basis of the study, ways to improve the investment attractiveness of the selected enterprise are proposed. The methods for improving the investment attractiveness of enterprises in Ukraine by improving legislation, providing broad access to SME financing, regulatory changes and stabilizing the political situation are described.
