dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено логіку моделювання економічних реформ та їх вплив на розвиток України в контексті трансформаційних процесів шляхом впровадження економічних реформ в Україні та їхній вплив на розвиток економіки в контексті пострадянських трансформаційних процесів. Проаналізовано стратегії підвищення раціональності логічного моделювання у структурі процесів трансформації національної економіки. Визначено, що логіка реформ кількох останніх десятиліть незалежності України, спрямованих на трансформацію від планової економіки до ринкової системи, базувалася на досягненні макроекономічної стабільності, дерегуляції, приватизації, залученні інвестицій, а також на зміцненні правових інститутів та євроінтеграційному векторі розвитку. Здійснено аналіз логічних невідповідностей у підходах до реформ. Економічні реформи в Україні мали фрагментарний характер, що призвело до недостатньої ефективності та нерівномірного економічного зростання. Структурні реформи в аграрному та промисловому секторах відбувалися з різною швидкістю, що створювало диспропорції у розвитку окремих галузей економіки. Лише у 2000-х роках економіка країни почала демонструвати позитивні зрушення, що було результатом низки заходів з макроекономічної стабілізації, зокрема фіскальної дисципліни, валютної стабільності та лібералізації ринків. З’ясовано, що актуальність визначення значущих чинників економічного розвитку полягає у комплексному аналізі причинно-наслідкових зв’язків між проведеними реформами та логічне моделювання їх впливу на економічне зростання. Детальна систематизація економічних реформ потребує виконання логічного моделювання за напрямками трансформації — дерегуляція, приватизація, фінансова стабілізація та інституційне зміцнення. Логічне моделювання структурних зв’язків залежності між реформами різних секторів економіки, зокрема, в аграрному, фінансовому та соціальному секторах дозволить визначити, як реформи взаємодіють, впливаючи на загальну економічну ситуацію. Визначено, що впровадження у практику логічного моделювання майбутніх економічних реформ дозволить оптимізувати економічні процеси шляхом підвищення рівня правової визначеності та інституційної спроможності держави The article examines the logic of modeling economic reforms and their impact on the development of Ukraine in the context of transformation processes through the implementation of economic reforms in Ukraine and their impact on the development of the economy in the context of post-Soviet transformation processes. Strategies for increasing the rationality of logical modeling in the structure of national economy transformation processes are analyzed. It was determined that the logic of the reforms of the last few decades of Ukraine’s independence, aimed at the transformation from a planned economy to a market system, was based on the achievement of macroeconomic stability, deregulation, privatization, investment attraction, as well as on the strengthening of legal institutions and the European integration vector of development. An analysis of logical inconsistencies in approaches to reforms was carried out. Economic reforms in Ukraine were fragmented, which led to insufficient efficiency and uneven economic growth. Structural reforms in the agricultural and industrial sectors took place at different speeds, which created disproportions in the development of certain sectors of the economy. Only in the 2000s, the country’s economy began to show positive changes, which was the result of a number of macroeconomic stabilization measures, including fiscal discipline, currency stability, and market liberalization. It was found that the relevance of determining the significant factors of economic development lies in the comprehensive analysis of the cause-and-effect relationships between the implemented reforms and the logical modeling of their impact on economic growth. A detailed systematization of economic reforms requires the implementation of logical modeling according to the directions of transformation — deregulation, privatization, financial stabilization and institutional strengthening. Logical modeling of the structural relationships of dependence between reforms of various sectors of the economy, in particular, in the agrarian, financial and social sectors, will allow to determine how the reforms interact, influencing the general economic situation. It was determined that the implementation of logical modeling of future economic reforms into practice will allow optimizing economic processes by increasing the level of legal certainty and institutional capacity of the state.
