Abstract
The work is devoted to the generalization of the theoretical foundations of the competitive interaction of the subjects of the world capital market and the comprehensive analysis of factors, tools, models, trends, challenges and perspectives of the activity of institutional investors on the international stock market. The study showed that institutional investors play a key role in the formation and development of the international stock market. Analyzing their activities, various strategies and approaches to asset allocation, risk management and selection of investment opportunities were implemented. The main factors affecting the activities of institutional investors in the international stock market include economic conditions, geopolitical risks, financial regulation and technological progress.
Робота присвячена узагальненню теоретичних основ конкурентної взаємодії суб’єктів світового ринку капіталу та комплексному аналізі факторів, інструментів, моделей, тенденцій, викликів і перспектив діяльності інституційних інвесторів на міжнародному фондовому ринку. Дослідження показало, що інституційні інвестори відіграють ключову роль у формуванні та розвитку міжнародного фондового ринку. Аналізуючи їх діяльність, були реалізовані різні стратегії та підходи до розподілу активів, управління ризиками та вибору інвестиційних можливостей. Основні фактори, що впливають на діяльність інституційних інвесторів на міжнародному фондовому ринку, включають економічні умови, геополітичні ризики, фінансове регулювання та технологічний прогрес.
