dc.description.abstractОб’єктом дослідження роботи є процес функціонування системи управління розвитком персоналу ММ «Добробут». Предметом дослідження є система управління розвитком персоналу ММ «Добробут». Мета роботи полягає в дослідженні сучасної системи управління розвитком персоналу ММ «Добробут» та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо її вдосконалення. Результати дослідження мають практичне значення, яке полягає у виявленні проблем та недоліків в розробці заходів у сфері розвитку медичного персоналу. Практичне застосування дасть змогу вирішити одне з найактуальніших завдань управління персоналом – збільшити рівень ефективності людського капіталу компанії. The object of the study is the functioning process of the personnel development management system in the "Dobrobut" Medical Center. The subject of the study is the personnel development management system in the "Dobrobut" Medical Center. The objective of the study is to investigate the modern personnel development management system in the "Dobrobut" Medical Center and develop practical recommendations for its improvement. The research findings have practical significance, as they identify problems and shortcomings in the development of measures in the field of medical personnel development. The practical application will help address one of the most pressing tasks in personnel management - increasing the level of effectiveness of the company's human capital.
