Abstract
Валютне регулювання — важливий чинник покращення економічної ситуації будь-якої країни та фактор адаптації до зростаючої конкуренції на глобальному ринку. Розуміння впливу валютного регулювання на глобальну конкуренцію потребує уваги до теоретико-методологічних підходів дослідження ролі валютного регулювання як фактору адаптації національної економіки до зовнішніх викликів на сучасному етапі. У статті досліджуються фактори впливу валютного регулювання на конкурентоспроможність національної економіки, визначені основні заходи підвищення якості валютного регулювання, ринкові та адміністративні інструменти валютного регулювання. Запропоновано приділяти увагу валютним інструментам, реалізації ефективної монетарної політики, фіскальної політики для адаптації до зовнішнього середовища в умовах зростання глобальної конкуренції.
Currency regulation is an important factor in improving the economic situation of any country and acts as a factor of adaptation to growing competition in the global market. Understanding the impact of currency regulation on global competition requires attention to theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the role of currency regulation as a factor in adapting the national economy to external challenges at the current stage. Currency regulation affects various aspects of the economy, so the disclosure of the issue contributes to a deeper understanding of how currency policy is integrated into the general economic context and affects the competitiveness of national agents. The article focuses on the fact that effective currency regulation through the exchange rate contributes to the creation of a stable economic environment, ensuring conditions for effective integration into global markets, and thereby increasing the country’s competitiveness in the global market. It is the exchange rate that is the important instrument of currency regulation that influences the entire economy of any country.
The author identifies the factors influencing currency regulation on the competitiveness of the national economy, reveals the main measures to improve the quality of currency regulation, and market and administrative instruments of currency regulation. It is shown that the stabilization of the exchange rate allows to reduce the risks associated with currency fluctuations, which has a positive effect on the competitiveness of exporters; reduces uncertainty regarding investment decisions. The article also reveals the characteristics of currency regulation instruments as a factor in the adaptation of national agents to increasing competitiveness in the global market.
To adapt to the growing global competition of national agents, the article recommends paying attention to the implementation of effective monetary and fiscal policies.
