dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена обґрунтуванню сутності митного контролю, аналізу ефективності його здійснення, розробленню рекомендацій та пропозицій щодо покращення якості митного контролю в Україні. Оцінено ефективність митного контролю на сучасному етапі. Висвітлено ключові проблеми митного контролю в контексті європейського вектору розвитку, обґрунтовано шляхи їх вирішення з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду. Результати дослідження дали змогу розробити напрями удосконалення організації та проведення митного контролю в Україні. The qualifying work is devoted to substantiating the essence of customs control, analyzing the effectiveness of its implementation, developing recommendations and proposals for improving the quality of customs control in Ukraine. The effectiveness of customs control at the current stage is assessed. The key problems of customs control in the context of the European vector of development are highlighted, the ways of solving them are substantiated taking into account foreign experience. The results of the study made it possible to develop directions for improving the organization and conduct of customs control in Ukraine.
