dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі пояснено значення, сутнісний зміст та особливості впровадження політики цифрової трансформації оборонної сфери з урахуванням світового досвіду; визначено складові інституційного забезпечення політики цифрової трансформації оборонної сфери України; проаналізовано тенденції розвитку ОПК України та його цифрової трансформації під впливом військових інновацій; досліджено ефективність середовища та результативність реалізації програмних документів цифрових ініціатив в оборонній сфері України та обґрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети активації політики цифрової трансформації оборонної сфери України. The qualifying master's thesis explains the meaning, essential content and features of the implementation of the policy of digital transformation of the defense sphere, taking into account world experience; the components of institutional support for the policy of digital transformation of the defense sphere of Ukraine are defined; trends in the development of Ukraine's defense industry and its digital transformation under the influence of military innovations were analyzed; the effectiveness of the environment and the effectiveness of the implementation of program documents of digital initiatives in the defense sphere of Ukraine were investigated and the strategic priorities of the activation of the policy of digital transformation of the defense sphere of Ukraine were substantiated.
