dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі виявлено місце та роль небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ на фінансовому ринку, систематизовано їх види та розкрито нормативно-правове регламентування. Автором надано оцінку основних показників функціонування небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ на фінансовому ринку України, в т.ч. страхових компаній, зокрема, ПрАТ «МетЛайф» за 2019-2023 рр. Виявлено основні проблеми функціонування та обґрунтовано напрями підвищення ефективності небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ. In the qualification work, the place and role of non-bank financial and credit institutions in the financial market has been identified, their types have been systematized, and the normative and legal regulations have been disclosed. The author has provided an assessment of the main indicators of the functioning of non-bank financial and credit institutions on the financial market of Ukraine, including insurance companies, in particular, PJSC "MetLife" for 2019-2023. The main problems of functioning have been identified and directions for improving the efficiency of non-bank financial and credit institutions have been substantiated
