| dc.description.abstract | Дипломна робота «Золотовалютні резерви країн світу та в Україні: сучасний стан та перспективи їх збільшення » складається з 2 розділів. У першому розділі досліджено сутнісну характеристику золотовалютного резерву; визначити критерії оцінки достатності золотовалютного резерву країни. Автор визначив поняття та історію виникнення золотовалютних резервів; дослідив сучасні тенденції управління та формування золотовалютних резервів в різних країнах. У другому розділі автором сформовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення чинного законодавства України в частині формування і використання золотовалютних резервів країни. На думку автора, ключова роль золотовалютних резервів в забезпеченні фінансової стійкості держави проявляється досить чітко. Будучи найважливішим фінансово-правовим інструментом забезпечення стійкості фінансової системи, ці резерви, по суті, являють собою страховий державний запас, кошти якого активізуються з метою недопущення різних макроекономічних ризиків і криз в національній економіці. На основі роботи автор сформулював сфомувати пропозиції щодо вдосконалення чинного законодавства України в частині формування і використання золотовалютних резервів країни. The thesis "Gold and currency reserves of the countries of the world and in Ukraine: the current state and prospects for their increase" consists of 2 sections. The first chapter examines the essential characteristics of the gold and currency reserve; determine the criteria for assessing the adequacy of the country's gold and foreign exchange reserves. The author defined the concept and history of gold and currency reserves; In the second chapter, the author presents modern trends in the management and formation of gold and currency reserves; formulate proposals for improving the current legislation of Ukraine in terms of the formation and use of the country's gold and currency reserves. According to the author, the key role of gold and currency reserves in ensuring the financial stability of the state is quite clearly manifested. Being the most important financial and legal instrument for ensuring the stability of the financial system, these reserves, in fact, represent a state insurance reserve, the funds of which are activated in order to prevent various macroeconomic risks and crises in the national economy. On the basis of the work, the author formulated proposals to improve the current legislation of Ukraine in terms of the formation and use of the country's gold and currency reserves. | |
