dc.description.abstractThis thesis analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of human resource management in international nonprofit organizations. It points out different features of personnel management in international organization and highlights the importance human resource for the organizationʼs success, particularly from nonprofit sector. Based on these research findings, the seeker came with two alternatives for development of personnel management for pre-service training in Peace Corps Ukraine. Although, both alternatives are cost efficient, the alternative №2 that suggests full-term contracts for pre-service staff is more attractive as it gives better outcome and has less risks for the Peace Corps Ukraine program to resume. В цій дипломній роботі проведено аналіз теоретичних та практичних аспектів, які стосуються кадрового менеджменту в міжнародних неприбуткових організаціях. Вказано деякі відмінності управління людськими ресурсами в міжнародній організації, а також виділено важливість людських ресурсів для успіху організації, особливо це стосується неприбуткового сектору. На основі цих висновків, було запропоновано дві альтернативи для розвитку кадрового менеджменту для підготовчої програми Корпусу миру в Україні. Обидві альтернативи вважаються витрато ефективними, проте альтернатива №2 пропонує працевлаштування на повну зайнятість для працівників підготовчої програми та вважається більш привабливою, оскільки дає кращі результати для програми, а також містить менше ризиків для відновлення повноцінної діяльності Корпусу миру в Україні.
