dc.description.abstractВступ роботи містить обґрунтування вибору теми, її актуальність на сьогоднішній день. Також у вступі сформульовано мету і завдання кваліфікаційного бакалаврського проекту, описано наукову доцільність одержаних результатів в процесі роботи. Перший розділ містить дослідження характеристики предметної галузі й об’єкта дослідження, аналіз сучасного стану галузі систем, задіяних у сфері роботи відділів кадрів та направлених на управління адаптаційними процесами нових співробітників. Проведений їх порівняльний аналіз. Другий розділ присвячено моделюванню системи та обґрунтуванню методів проектування системи. В розділі продемонстровано: основний перелік вимог до проекту, а саме бізнес, функціональні та нефункціональні вимоги; діаграму зовнішніх блоків; діаграму класів; діаграму прецедентів; діаграму трасування; інформаційну модель задачі та алгоритм її розв’язання. Третій розділ наводить технічне, програмне та інформаційне забезпечення системи. В третьому розділі представлено результати роботи над проектом, а саме: розроблену інформаційної систему для управління адаптацією нових кадрів підприємства. У висновках міститься інформація щодо практичних застосувань системи. The introduction of the work contains a justification for the choice of the topic, its relevance to date. The introduction also formulates the purpose and objectives of the qualification bachelor's project, describes the scientific feasibility of the results obtained in the process of work. The first section contains a study of the characteristics of the subject area and the object of research, an analysis of the current state of the field of systems involved in the work of personnel departments and aimed at managing the adaptation processes of new employees. Their comparative analysis is carried out. The second section is devoted to system modeling and justification of system design methods. The section demonstrates: the main list of requirements for the project, namely business, functional and non-functional requirements; diagram of outdoor units; class diagram; use case diagram; tracing chart; information model of the problem and algorithm for its solution. The third section provides technical, software and information support of the system. The third section presents the results of work on the project, namely: the developed information system for managing the adaptation of new personnel of the enterprise. The conclusions contain information on the practical applications of the system.
