| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the study of innovative mechanisms that enhance the international competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises. The current state of competitiveness of companies such as «Farmak», «Roshen», «MHP», «Kernel», «Nova Poshta», «Metinvest», and «IT Enterprise» in international markets has been analyzed. The impact of digitalization, investment in R&D, and human capital development on competitiveness is considered. Recommendations for the implementation of innovative mechanisms to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality have been developed, ensuring the sustainable development of Ukrainian enterprises in global markets. Ця кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню інноваційних механізмів, що сприяють підвищенню міжнародної конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств. Проаналізовано сучасний стан конкурентоспроможності компаній «Фармак», «Рошен», «МХП», «Кернел», «Нова Пошта», «Метінвест» та «IT Enterprise» на міжнародних ринках. Розглянуто вплив цифровізації, інвестицій в НДДКР та розвитку людського капіталу на конкурентоспроможність. Розроблено рекомендації щодо впровадження інноваційних механізмів для підвищення ефективності, зниження витрат та покращення якості продукції, що забезпечить стійкий розвиток українських підприємств на глобальних ринках. | |
