dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена обґрунтуванню сутності митного регулювання, аналізу ефективності його здійснення, розробленню рекомендацій та пропозицій щодо вдосконалення якості митного регулювання в Україні. Досліджено фіскальну роль митного регулювання в Україні, його вплив на здійснення митного контролю. Висвітлено ключові проблеми митної сфери України, обґрунтовано шляхи їх вирішення з урахування зарубіжного досвіду. Результати дослідження дадуть змогу підвищити ефективність здійснення митними органами своїх функцій, що забезпечить збільшення надходжень до Державного бюджету та сприятиме розвитку національної економіки. Qualification bachelor's work is devoted to substantiation of the essence of customs regulation, analysis of the effectiveness of its implementation, development of recommendations and proposals for improving the quality of customs regulation in Ukraine. It studies the fiscal role of customs regulation in Ukraine, its influence on the implementation of customs control. The key problems of the customs sphere of Ukraine are highlighted, the ways of their solution taking into account foreign experience are substantiated. The results of the study will make it possible to increase the efficiency of the implementation of their functions by the customs authorities, which will increase revenues to the State Budget and contribute to the development of the national economy.
