| dc.description.abstract | The relevance of the social capital of communities in the postwar period, its content, and practical orientation for the release of potential and development of territorial communities is revealed. Emphasis is placed on communities’ problems under martial law, the forced displacement of people abroad and to other regions of Ukraine due to the war. The author shows what risks the communities’ loss of their human potential. It is highlighted the possible conflicts between those who left and those who remained. The role of public organizations, community development agents, and volunteers in developing communities and their social capital in the post-war period is emphasized. | uk_UA |
