Abstract
International transshipment of goods by rail is accompanied by lengthy
registration by various control services, which reduces the attractiveness of Ukrainian
enterprises. Introduction of selective customs control was proposed. It is intended to
give priority in selective clearance in customs terms for route shipments with uniform
cargoes, as well as groups of cars larger than half the length of the train.
