dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню ролі освіти в українському суспільстві, оскільки саме вона виступає одним з головних і відносно самостійних соціальних інститутів, що багато в чому сприяє поступу нашої держави до європейської спільноти. Наголошено на потребі пошуку нових підходів до вирішення і традиційних, і принципово нових проблем, що виникають у сфері освіти, необхідність переосмислення сутності процесів, що відбуваються у цій сфері, а також максимального уникнення кризових явищ в системі освіти, зокрема вищій, які можуть негативно позначатися на багатьох сторонах суспільного життя, створюють загрозу національній безпеці, а в перспективі стати (якщо вже не стали) одним із джерел глобальних колізій. Акцентовано на особливому значенні інформатизації освіти, яку однак необхідно розглядати виключно в контексті загальної інформатизації суспільства. The article is devoted to the study of the role of education in Ukrainian society, as it is one of the main and relatively independent social institutions, which greatly contributes to the progress of our country to the European community. The need to find new approaches to solving both traditional and fundamentally new problems in the field of education, the need to rethink the essence of the processes taking place in this area, as well as maximum avoidance of crises in the education system, including higher education, which may adversely affect in many aspects of public life, pose a threat to national security, and in the long run become (if not already) one of the sources of global conflicts. Emphasis is placed on the special importance of informatization of education, which, however, must be considered only in the context of general informatization of society.uk_UA
