dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні засади здійснення митного аудиту та особливості його функціонування в Україні. Проведено аналіз нормативно-правового та інституційного забезпечення митного аудиту, оцінено ефективність його застосування як інструменту митного контролю. Узагальнено міжнародний досвід організації митного пост-аудиту та визначено напрями адаптації національної системи митного аудиту до європейських стандартів. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізму митного аудиту в умовах цифровізації митної сфери. The qualification thesis examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of customs audit implementation and the peculiarities of its functioning in Ukraine. The regulatory and institutional framework of customs audit is analyzed, and the effectiveness of its application as a customs control instrument is assessed. International experience in organizing customs post-audit is summarized, and directions for adapting the national customs audit system to European standards are identified. Practical recommendations for improving the customs audit mechanism in the context of customs digitalization are proposed.
