dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню інвестування Європейським Союзом повоєнного відродження економіки України та визначенню умов, що забезпечують ефективність такої інвестиційної співпраці. У роботі досліджуються сучасні підходи до трактування інвестицій, етапи розвитку інвестиційних відносин між Україною та ЄС, роль європейських інституційних інвесторів, стан інвестиційного ринку та вимоги й комплаєнс-стандарти ЄС до українського бізнес-середовища. Основне завдання полягає у виявленні ключових чинників формування України як інвестиційного плацдарму для ЄС та визначенні шляхів підвищення інвестиційної привабливості в умовах повоєнної реконструкції. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання сформульованих рекомендацій для зміцнення інвестиційної спроможності України та вдосконалення корпоративних комплаєнс-практик українських компаній. The thesis is devoted to examining the European Union’s investment in the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy and identifying the conditions that ensure the effectiveness of such investment cooperation. The study explores modern approaches to defining investments, the evolution of investment relations between Ukraine and the EU, the role of European institutional investors, the current state of Ukraine’s investment market, as well as the EU’s requirements and compliance standards for Ukrainian businesses. The main objective is to determine the key factors that shape Ukraine’s position as an investment platform for the EU and to identify ways to enhance the country’s investment attractiveness in the context of post-war reconstruction. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed recommendations to strengthen Ukraine’s investment capacity and improve corporate compliance practices among Ukrainian companies.
