Власний капітал корпоративного підприємства: формування та використання

Кваліфікаційна робота зосереджена на комплексному аналізі формування та ефективності використання власного капіталу підприємства. У дослідженні ретельно вивчено динаміку та структуру капіталу, що дозволило виявити ключові тенденції, а також ідентифікувати існуючі проблеми, які впливають на фінансову діяльність компанії. Важливою частиною роботи є оцінка вартості власного капіталу, яка стала основою для розробки практичних рекомендацій. Ці рекомендації спрямовані на оптимізацію використання власного капіталу, що має сприяти значному підвищенню фінансової стійкості та загальної ринкової вартості компанії. В роботі детально проаналізовано вплив операційних витрат на прибутковість, а також запропоновано конкретні заходи для їх ефективної оптимізації.
This qualification paper focuses on a comprehensive analysis of equity formation and its effective utilization within the enterprise. The study meticulously examines capital dynamics and structure, which helped to identify key trends and pinpoint existing issues affecting the company's financial performance. A crucial part of this work involves the valuation of equity, which formed the basis for developing practical recommendations. These recommendations are aimed at optimizing equity utilization, thereby contributing to a significant enhancement of financial stability and the overall market value of the company. The paper also provides a detailed analysis of the impact of operating expenses on profitability and proposes specific measures for their effective optimization.
Оподаткування корпорацій у країнах ЄС та в Україні

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей корпоративного оподаткування в Україні та країнах Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до оподаткування прибутку корпорацій, визначено відмінності у ставках, механізмах адміністрування та фіскальному навантаженні. Здійснено порівняльну оцінку ефективності податкових систем Німеччини, Польщі, Іспанії та України. Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення корпоративного оподаткування в Україні із застосуванням елементів європейського досвіду та адаптації до стандартів ЄС.
The thesis explores corporate taxation in Ukraine and the European Union countries. The study analyzes current approaches to corporate income taxation, highlighting differences in rates, administration mechanisms, and fiscal burdens. A comparative assessment of the tax systems of Germany, Poland, Spain, and Ukraine is conducted. The paper justifies directions for improving Ukraine’s corporate taxation using elements of European experience and aligning with EU standards.

Innovative projects contribute to the creation of a favorable investment climate that attracts foreign investors and promotes the country's economic growth. The implementation of innovative projects contributes to the growth of the national gross domestic product, raising the living standards of the population and ensuring sustainable development of the country.
