    Формування конкурентних переваг бізнес-організації

    У кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі узагальнено теоретичні підходи до розуміння понять та видів конкурентних переваг бізнес-організації, виокремлено чинники формування конкурентних переваг, представлено методичні підходи до оцінки конкурентних переваг бізнес-організації. Практична сторона кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи полягає в оцінці рівня формування конкурентних переваг і конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «КІНЛОК» в 2022 році за допомогою методики, заснованої на теорії ефективної конкуренції та розробці Проєкту впровадження мультисервісної мережі зв'язку на основі технології GPON у житловому комплексі «SOFIA NOVA», що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності компанії та формуванню конкурентних переваг на ринку. In a qualifying master's thesis generalizes theoretical approaches to understanding the concepts and types of competitive advantages of a business organization, highlights the factors of formation of competitive advantages, presents methodical approaches to assessing the competitive advantages of a business organization. The practical side of the master's qualification work consists in assessment of the level of formation of competitive advantages and competitiveness of «KINLOK» LLC in 2022 using the methodology based on the theory of effective competition and the development of the Project for the implementation of a multi-service communication network based on GPON technology in the «SOFIA NOVA» residential complex, which will contribute to increasing the company's competitiveness and formation of competitive advantages in the market.
