The author of the article attempts to prove the necessity of ethical approach when taking decision by retailing managers. From the author’s point of view, managers must take the right decisions not only according to the society. Right decisions must be made about customers as well as personnel. This makes it possible to raise the customer service culture and provide effective performance of the company at the same time.
